With a background in assisting job seekers, Latasha Hawkins brings over 22 years of experience in coaching, personal development, and community-based program design.

Latasha Hawkins is the founder of F.I.T.S LLC (Future Intention Thrives Services), a mission-driven initiative that equips youth/families and adults with the life skills, mindset tools, and mentorship needed to overcome generational barriers and achieve sustainable success. From one-on-one strategy sessions to group workshops, Latasha Hawkins's approach is strengths-based, culturally relevant, and deeply rooted in empathy and accountability.
